They have "the lists" and every candidate running for something anywhere in the U.S., manages to get a copy, and will send out requests. And it is more frantic at this time of the month because it is as an "end of month" and/or "end of quarter" deadline or whatever.
For both email and texts, anything that has the words "BEGGING", "PLEADING", "IMPLORING", "SECOND REQUEST" (or "THIRD" ), gets the spam filter treatment and a "STOP" for the texts.
I have definitely supported many candidates outside of my state but right now, I am trying to store away some $$$ ahead of whatever catastrophic economic Depression and/or a Muskrat screw-up of the federal annuities and/or SS (resulting in missing deposits) that will
probably be happening.
