But don't want to do anything about it in fear of it being confirmed.

Like they hate the unions because they require schooling in tbe trades to belong. So they say fu k that I already know all I need to know ( take electricians for example) and never apply to an apprenticeship,, because they are afraid it would expose a lot they don't know. So they are jealous about being stuck in low wage non union jobs.
