147. A messed up 20-year-old took his rifle and a couple of explosive devices to a Trump rally,

managed to make it onto a roof, took several shots at Trump, winged him, hit some bystanders, and was immediately shot dead by police/Secret Service.

OR

A group of plotters persuaded a messed-up 20-year-old with terminal cancer to participate in a plot whereby he would climb on a roof at a Trump rally and take shots NOT at Trump, but at someone else in the crowd, using the Trump rally as cover. The 20-year-old would be fine getting shot dead during this plot because he knew he was going to die anyway. AND ALSO, during this event, Trump didn't actually get hit, and faked his injury. So Trump must have been in on the plot to kill someone else at his rally, and chose to put himself directly in the line of fire in order to participate.

If these plotters wanted someone else at the rally dead, wouldn't it make sense for them to attempt this at literally any location other than a rally featuring a former president, not to mention doing it while the former president is speaking, and firing live ammunition directly past the former president's head in order to pull off the illusion? Why go for that insane level of difficulty when you could just, I dunno, run the person down in a parking lot somewhere and make it look like an accident?
