40. How to spin

Usually the religious whack-a-doodles equate weather to "Gods wrath".

Will they just say God got the parade mixed up with DoTurds shower time? Or will they come out and say "God hates this man and is spiting him with rain" such would be the case if it rained on an Obama or Biden event.
