For standing up for democracy and speaking forcefully against the power grab. He has the weight of the law and the vast majority of his constituents and Americans behind him.

It is sad that we have to go through the appeals process before the Nat Guard gets rightfully turned back over governor and the people of California. It is even sadder that this problem is because the GOP has fully ceded its power to the dictator, however, we should be encouraged that team Trump has lost more than 90% of the cases that have gone throught the judicial process. I fully expect that he will lose this one as well.
