At long last, will Democratic politicians stop playing nice?

6. "Haven't they gotten the message YET?"

What ‘message’ is that; what constitutes ‘nice.’

If ‘nice’ means following the rule of law, defending democracy, respecting the decisions of the courts, and protecting the rights of gay and transgender Americans, women, Americans of color, and immigrants – then Democrats should continue to ‘play nice.’

What isn’t acceptable is that Democrats should lower themselves into the sewer with Republicans, become hateful racists and bigots like Republicans, engage in lies and demagoguery like Republicans, and resort to political violence like Republicans.
