Of all the lawsuits filed to date, this is the clearest statement. And that statement is this:
The 47 regime is WEAPONIZING EVERY cabinet level department AGAINST the Rule of Law. They are WEAPONIZING EVERY office and commission that has a broad Congressional mandate to promote the public interest AGAINST the Rule of Law.
And we have the Evidence!
And another kicker is the firm representing the ABA: Susman Godfrey, the Huston-based firm fighting against 47's unconstitutional executive order against them. (Ruling on the merits pending, but I think the regime has been losing, losing, losing on motions to date.)
