And not about the actual World Cup, which is next year and for which tickets aren't even on sale yet.

Pretty much nobody cares about the Club World Cup, which is completely new. I don't know if the ticket sales for the Club World Cup could be used to predict anything about the actual World Cup, but there seems to be a lot of confusion about this story. These Club World Cup matches are practically exhibition games.
