Also (some kidding aside) - menopause. Her life stage actually makes your guess of a panic attack more likely hit on the mark due to changes in breathing patterns that occur with hormonal shifts. It’s one of the reasons why our panic disorders, asthma and stress/immune disorders tend to show themselves with vigor during this time. Yeah - ASK ME HOW I KNOW
