Also, she is a person of the female persuasion, and they are only in Trump's circle for the cleavage and the arm candy. Tulski's got the hair extensions but she hasn't fully embraced the Mar-A-Lago face (hers is still normal), so until she gets more botox and lip fillers and maybe some bigger "kidneys" she won't get very far.
