Mr. Bergman was performing a one-man show, "Help Me Out of This Head!" in Los Angeles. As I was going to my chair, I had to go past his open-air dressing room. As he applied make-up, he looked up at me. BAM! I've never been the same since.

His was a great show -- making fun of Reagan's sad excuse for treason, "I can't recall."
