I am sure that DHS would use Constellis personnel any way they would like.

This IDC contract for Facility/Physical Security > Security and Protection was awarded in FY2021 on Dec 11, 2020 to Constellis by Bureau of Diplomatic Security. There have been $433.6M in obligations to date with a ceiling value of $1.7B, showing a 25% burn rate so far on the contract. The contract was not competed under any preference program with 6 offers received. We expect a 6 year duration with ultimate completion date of Feb 10, 2026.

Constellis is a contractor located in VA, doing primarily Security Guard/Protection Services work for Homeland Security (DHS). The company receives $835.8M annually in federal awards (as of FY2020). Also, they have shown success winning IDC contracts concentrated mainly on a singular customer focused portfolio.
