'CLASS WARFARE' is THE Issue which should unite ALL OF US, regardless of race, sex, orientation, status, etc

I'm a white male, and have been a pro-labor, pro-poor, pro-woman and pro-civil rights Democrat all of my life…

I don't think we should ignore minority groups, but think that our primary emphasis ought to be on economic CLASS rather than race or any any dividing lines which Republicans attempt to employ against us-— on matters of economic class, the majority of all those minorities would have to side with us-— indeed, polling shows that even a large number of self-identified Republicans agree with Democratic policies against endless tax breaks for the rich, slashing Medicaid and SNAP, raising the minimum wage, etc-

Whether white, black, male, female, gay or straight, citizens or undocumented, evangelical christian or not— the vast majority of us will suffer under proposed Republican economic policies, from the very poor to the upper middle class-— whether we receive any government benefits, or not…

In fact, these GQP economic policies favoring the uber-rich are a form of
MONEY LAUNDERING-— cutting their taxes so that they will donate more money to the Republican party-— from the taxpayers to the Republican party!

(Ut oh, “class warfare”, well, too many elected Democratic politicians are afraid of that charge, but the fact is, REPUBLICANS initiated “class warfare" in favor of the uber-rich, and against the rest of us, decades ago. The war has already started! It is time that the Democratic party effectively “shoot back” on this issue, which would unite all of us who are not uber rich-— regardless of race or sex or other dividing lines the GQP works so hard to employ against us!)


Well, for cripes sake, let’s face it-— the proposed GQP cuts to medicaid, SNAP and even medicare, are formulated to ensure that more of us DIE SOONER, and thus

won’t be around to VOTE against them!

(hell, now they even want to BRING BACK ASBESTOS ??? their intent is plain as daylight)


The RICH against the LESS RICH has polled as one of our most effective issues for decades….

(even my Republican best friend agreed that the rich should be paying more taxes, many years ago!)


We should not help the GQP to divide ourselves about race, sex, LGBTQ or whatever-—

the primary issue of our time is CLASS, and we should all join in the “war” against the millionaire and billionaire classes, which has already been waged upon us for decades…

and by “war”, all I mean is that they should pay their fair share of taxes,

and that food benefits (SNAP) and health care (Medicaid) should not be cut so that millionaires and billionaires can be given yet another tax cut that they DO NOT NEED!

In their revolution, the French cut off the HEADS of royalty and rich nobles-—

THAT was real “class warfare”---—!

Making the American uber-rich pay their fair share of taxes is NOT “class warfare”,

but if Republicans want to call it that, we should embrace it!
It is LONG PAST the time when the poorer should FIGHT BACK,
against the "class warfare" which has been waged against them by the rich in this country!

Back under Eisenhower, that forgotten Republican president
who defeated the German Nazis in Europe,
the top tax rate for the uber-rich was 90 percent!!!!-—
(now it is about 39%)
and somehow, the 1950s was still a decade of incredible economic expansion for America!


We need not ignore “identity" issues of whatever minority group,
but the issue of “class” unites us all, and ought to be our primary issue!

(Tax cuts for the rich leading to economic expansion which would give us more tax revenue, since Reagan has been dis-proven by all the data-— don’t even get me started on that…. Indeed, the tax policies of President Clinton, which raised the tax floor for the poor, with tax increases for the more-rich, gave us the GREATEST economic expansion in my lifetime! )

((And yet, the leading GQP politicians in 1993 predicted that the Clinton economic policies and budget would lead to "disaster"-- which somehow never happened, in fact the OPPOSITE happened--- there was much economic growth in the 1990s, much better than Reagan's supposed growth!))



Robbin’ Trump, and the robbin’ lying GOP,
wants to take from the poor and give to the uber-rich-—

so that the uber-rich can give more money to the Republican party!

It all boils down to THAT!
(Also, they hope that more of us die more quickly-—
and even one of their senators said it right out loud!)

If there have been any issue "failures" by the Democratic party in the past few years,
this is the ONE, in my humble opinion!
We are winning on it, according to all the polling that I have seen, but--
our elected officeholders are failing or outright refusing to capitalize on it!!!
