said this or gave a particular ranking is not an opinion. It is a fact. You don't like it because it's Haaretz or because of because but it doesn't change the fact that Haaretz accurately reported what an organization said and what ranking they gave. I could care less what any other organization gave for some other ranking or criteria since it is extraneous to whether Haaretz accurately reported what the organization they referenced said and the ranking they gave.
