For those who don't know Gilead, fictional country that took over most of the USA in an Earth where the birthrate has severly dropped [The Handmaid's Tale] is where some fertile woman are raped monthly, and forced to bear children for high ranking officials (male commanders).

One of the worse of original Commanders complaining about women getting too educated, and having big jobs when they need to fulfill their "biological destiny".
