But this was no different than the treatment of any other prisoner in that facility. Dehumanization. the difference is that he was never convicted of anything in the US or El Salvador to prompt rendition to a foreign prison.

The DOJ is going to have a hell of a time suppressing testimony to this abuse at his smuggling trial. I'd nullify that jury in a heartbeat.

As much as I despise Republicans, I do think the Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport will be better than CECOT.
