3. Yes we have become a nation of cruel sadists.

I know I have told this story before but a few years back a (liberal) friend of mine attended a holiday
party at the home of some other neighbors who appeared to be normal nice people.

During the party these hosts and other guests where laughing and whooping it about the recent
event where Paul Pelosi had been almost killed by a man attacking him with a hammer, a very brutal
attack. My friend was totally shocked and in disbelief, no matter your party affiliation this was
nothing to laugh about and enjoy.

I had not been able to attend the party which was a good thing, because I would have had something
to say to these monsters.

This incident made me realize that the American character had changed dramatically.
Many Americans have become cruel, nasty, sadistic sociopaths.
