The idea that they ceded so much power to him makes no sense. Unless they know something that we don’t and they are protecting their own hides.

If that’s the case, they’re cowards.

The only people speaking up and pointing out the absurdities are the liberal justices, especially justice Jackson. She is drawing a map away from authoritarian rule with her dissents, and they will resonate through time.
