With people loosing health insurance... they'll wait longer to seek medical advice or treatment..The entire time they will be amongst the rest of the population spreading the pathogens. When they finally can't go any longer, they'll go to the ER ( some of the most expensive healthcare in the world) , then off to the ICU ( again ridiculously expensive) . In the mean time, more people are getting Ill and hospitals are getting overwhelmed and poor.
The rich had advantage during COVID-19 and will have advantage again...but that only gets you so far.
