that correlate directly with Trump's statements that nobody knows more about the "vote counting computers" than Musk, and witnesses who said Musk has an app that showed him real time tabulation of certain races, such that he confidently declared victory long before polls closed. Joe Rogan literally reported that exact claim, FWIW.
These anomalies appeared only in the 7 swing states, only on election-day vote counts, and only on the POTUS line, which was significantly different from the down-ballot.
There are reports that there was a scenario whereby ESS tabulators in the various voting locations (precincts) could be remote-controlled through a connection with Tripp-Lite UPS systems, and that this could have been done opaquely using a recently deployed feature of Starlink that can wirelessly connect with the Tripp-lite devices (as if Starlink was just another terrestrial cell network,) leaving no tracks.
Such a scheme could easily be detected simply by scanning batches of paper ballots on tabulators known to be clean, but there has been no such re-scanning anywhere in the country AFAIK.
That does not mean the above scenario actually happened. But it means that it is actually a technical possibility -- entirely plausible.
We need to know whether that actually happened. If it did, then the Trump and Musk statements, as well as the reports of a real-time tabulation app, make perfect sense.
And if this did happen, then Musk, not Trump, holds a strong hand for the mid-terms, because in theory, this same hack could be done for Senate and Congressional races if they are close enough. That is a key point of this alleged operation. It is claimed that they flipped just enough votes to win, but not enough to attract suspicion or trigger a recount. The election must be close in order to do that.
