My guess is that Barr destroyed anything that incriminated Chump at the first opportunity. For all we know, he may have destroyed all the Epstein evidence, even the stuff that doesn't mention Chump. Don't forget that Jeffrey Epstein was also acquainted with Bill Barr's father long ago, and it has even been suggested that Mr. Barr might have been Epstein's first blackmail victim. (It's another story, not related to this discussion.)
