Either free or on a sliding scale.
On the other hand, a pilot program somewhere gave poor people like $200/month for 6 months or so, and rather surprisingly, it was generally spent wisely.

I agree, f'ck them, but they will never allow it. CEO and companies have already started to treat employees

Local homeless advocates and the city have a nice program for getting some off the streets.
