If you have to tell me you are Christian, it's too late. I should know from your actions. I'm sick of performative demonstrations of prayer. and declarations of Faith by luke-warm small-"c" christians. These demonstrations in Congress and the White House are an affront to the Constitution, the Public, non-Christians and Christians who believe it is a conceit, as I do.
NONE of this regime practices any part of Christianity that isn't performative, and, in fact hypocritical. Theirs is NOT God's Work. Cruelty is not among the Beatitudes, but falls under the "Seven Deadlies", and certainly not the way of a Just God..
I grew up with the notion that the Constitution prohibits the Government from establishing a State Religion. I'm good with that.
Religion Is Not Government; Government Is Not Religion; Business Is Neither. The mixture is Fascism.
Fascism Is Abomination.
