Mark Hamil, again, nails it. Of course, as an actor he has intimate experience with megalomaniacal super-villains. From Darth Vader, his enemy as Luke Skywalker, to his role as the Clown Prince of Crime, The Joker.

I find it odd MAGAts are cool with Mango Mierda being portrayed as an immigrant.
