1. I'm having issues posting the image of the DA's statement, but...

He was drunk, in a restaurant armed with a firearm and a magazine, and went into the women's restroom, where an occupant saw the gun (which, because this isn't TX, is prohibited) and reported it to restaurant staff, who tried to get him to leave. Of course he was drunk and belligerent, so they had to call the cops.
