53. Eastern European women have belly bumps no matter their weight.

My heritage is 53% Eastern European and I have one despite being under my goal for 11 years, working my abdominal muscles, etc. The bit of fat there, I call my "Survival pouch."

Melania has had one and will always have one no matter what she weighs. As she gets older, she will add body fat in her hips, buttocks, back, chest, etc. What she eats, her exercise routine, will determine her overall appearance when she reaches her 60's. Women's bodies change from svelte to frumpy. I am 73, and I can see my body changing despite a good eating and exercise regimen. Clothes do not seem to fit the same way as they did 10 years ago, despite being the same size.

Women also shrink due to the cushioning between the vertebrae. Men too.
