of wanting "death panels". As usual, what Republicans accused their opposition of doing they end up doing themselves. And using AI death panels to delay and deny coverage will probably be worse.
For those Democratic voters who still want to close their eyes and pretend that Republicans are acting in good faith, the next step is to deny responsibility when Medicare becomes vilified for not providing payment for needed care. The Republicans will blame the Democratic party for running Medicare into the ground, probably in part by lying that undocumented people were getting benefits.

And most Republican voters will believe the lies which will be repeated ad nauseam on reich-wing media outlets and social media, in reich-wing churches, and by reich-wing social organizations.
