Not sure about the timeline or land regained that constitutes a once-and-for-all win. But whatever a win is called for Ukraine -- with or without a peace treaty -- I'd expect that a wide demilitarized zone be part of that reality so that Ukrainians never suffer land/air attacks again.

Ukraine's win is a win for the West.
