I'm waiting for the one who states there will be tribunals and swift punishment.

The return to the status quo is unacceptable.

Fast removal of the Electoral College WITHOUT the framework of the old way (ratification by 50 States). Consider that slavery was legal in Mississippi until 2013.

Consider that the VRA has been gutted.

Elimination of the 3/5 Compromise.

National Elections become mandatory participation in a ranked choice environment.

We are NOT going back to the Compromise of 1877. Full Stop.

This time? We need safeguards. My earliest enslaved ancestor on record was the grandson of an enslaved man in VA sold down the river to Alabama.

This is non fucking negotiable. The demeaning and dehumanizing language of the Constitution to the descendants of the enslaved MUST be removed. No bullshit about "blah blah blah" rising tides lift all boats. It was always bullshit.

We pre-date Ellis Island. We come first.Second we give full Tribal Rights to our Indigenous Americans. It can be done in tandem with making Black Americans hole.

Everyone else get in line behind us.

If he's promising to do this by Executive Order forcing the discussion - then arresting SCOTUS members who want to maintain the dehumanizing language - I'm on board.

Status Quo is not an option.
