Have the threats of lawsuits stopped him? He loves that stuff. Plus, he'll just ignore the courts if they rule against him. And if the lower courts rule against him, it's pretty obvious by now that the Supreme Court will just rubberstamp whatever he does. It might start with her, but once he does it, he'll start doing it to more and more people. First it will be his enemies, but eventually, once anyone speaks out against him, even allies, it will be them, too.
