and no other Rethug changed from Nay to Yea, the entire BBB would fail.

This rescission package is extremely narrow and has no effect on the vast, vast majority of the BBB.

The two are NOT the same thing, they just are not.

Also, Hawley agrees with most all of BBB, save for a few things. He certainly would not be the vote that killed the whole BBB.
