Only 2 people that I'm aware of have accused Trump of such activity against girls under 18. The first is Sarah Ransome who later admitted she was lying. The second is a girl who filed a lawsuit against Trump under the pseudonym Katie Johnson which she dropped almost immediately. Not saying Trump couldn't be guilty of such, he clearly could, but she never testified in court about it. On the contrary, numerous of Epstein's victims say they never witnessed any wrongdoing by Trump.
However, Trump definitely knew what Epstein was doing and did nothing. That is heinous in and of itself - If Trump had spoken out against Epstein as soon as he knew what Epstein was doing, he may have been able to save hundreds of girls from being victimized by Epstein.
As for Epstein's plea deal, it's a weak argument for Maxwell and anyone else. First of all, the DOJ argued and an appeals court agreed the NPA only applied in Florida. Second, I believe Maxwell's conviction covered crimes committed after the time of the plea agreement. A plea agreement doesn't give you a "get out of jail free" pass for future crimes. Finally, the plea agreement was considered to be illegal, which would mean it is unenforceable. From wikipedia:
This long-running lawsuit is pending in federal court, aimed at vacating the federal plea agreement on the grounds that it violated victims' rights. On April 7, 2015, Judge Kenneth Marra ruled that the allegations made by alleged victim Virginia Roberts against Prince Andrew had no bearing on the lawsuit by alleged victims seeking to reopen Epstein's non-prosecution plea agreement with the federal government; the judge ordered that allegation to be struck from the record. Judge Marra made no ruling as to whether claims by Roberts are true or false. Though he did not allow Jane Does 3 and 4 to join the suit, Marra specifically said that Roberts may later give evidence when the case comes to court.
On February 21, 2019, in the case of Two Jane Does v. United States, Senior Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Kenneth Marra said federal prosecutors violated the law by failing to notify victims before they allowed him to plead guilty to only the two Florida offenses. The judge left open what the possible remedy could be.
