partner has been cooperative and didn't know the shooting was happening, not 100% sure of motive at this time because he hasn't read all of the documents. Suspect left a note that the governor can't talk about yet.

Governor says it's important to understand how a person get radicalized like this. If this was MAGA and a radicalized MAGA person I would be saying this a well. As much as people wish it wasn't or don't want it to be, these are the facts. This is what his family is saying.
