(Disasociated Press) -- ABC-TV hastily announced late Wednesday night a partial list of programming the network said would take the 11:35 p.m.- 12:35 a.m. time slot held since 2003 by Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Kimmel's late-night talk show was suddenly cancelled earlier Wednesday by network worms after winning nearly two million Late-Night Emmy Awards including "Best Fucking Television Show, EVarrr." Sources with the show said network worms "pissed their little one-legged pants" when Kimmel "didn't cry his way through all of Monday and Tuesday's shows" over the shooting death Monday of a particularly slimy right-wing worm whose little podcast was viewed only by Arnald Drumpf's most devoted cult members.
ABC said the two-week period beginning Wednesday night would air in the show's former time slot an "updated" 10-episode remake of Roots, emphasizing how well Black people were treated in the mid-1860s, with two being elected president.
The network worms also said a sitcom, tentatively titled Leave It to Adolf, would begin productiion Thursday and be ready to air as soon as the Roots update has finished its 10-episode run.
