The changes in Trump from January to the present is that he's more vulgar more often.

I think he's smart enough to know that the country wouldn't sit still for "a third term," so the MAGAts can't vote for him again, and in Trump's "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR ME LATELY" transactional world, their only worth is in their bank accounts (sneakers! digital trading cards! cologne!), and the social media trolls who spread his droppings from "Truth Social."

He's literally stopped pretending that he cares about anyone or anything but himself.

Sure, there wasn't much of that in the first term, but now, there's none at all.
