issued them a blanket pardon for following thru with his orders during his administration.

I can't believe that any of them are that stupid to break the law for him and not think that in the end he would abandon them.

It would seem like they would want a get out of jail card right from the get go to justify them lying and covering for him.

Otherwise after he's gone the U.S. jails will be filled with his former minions.
