I'm ignorant about most everything, so tell me why we shouldn't just let Trump's government shut down. [View all]

Let the deadline pass. Most every die hard MAGAT wants every Democrat and every liberal they can identify in jail. That's not an exaggeration. And it seems, so does Trump.

We are losing everything that was American Democracy. The government is all his now. Hand it to him on its deathbed. Kill it dead so he can't bring it back to life.

I know the idea is ridiculous, but someone's gotta tell me why.
