None of them are qualified for the jobs CONGRESS approved them to do. Trump chose them because they are too unqualified to even know how incompetent they are, and Trump knew they would never challenge any of his orders because they don't know any better. I still believe that four years from now they will be called on to answer for their crimes while they cry, "We were just following orders!" and they don't even understand the horror behind those words.
