10. Seems like typical Facebook nonsense

The first photo in the post replaces the entire West Wing and abuts the WH. That really is some kid using AI to make up a photo.

Some easy responses:

1 - $1,000/sf isn't astronomical - and without knowing what they're building, nobody can say that $3,333/sf is impossible. The Bush/Obama administrations spent more than $300 mil on infrastructure and didn't build much of anything in the complex.

2 - Or it could be a two-story building half that size... or a three story building a third that size.

2(sic) - Nobody said the ballroom itself will be the entire building.

3 - Since there's no drawing... an actual architect wouldn't be in a position to comment.
