Thx for the link. I remember that incident brutally well. I recalled it when I saw the photo of Trump yukking it up with Lavrov in the Oval right after DJT got inaugurated the first time. Wondered how many bugs his guests left behind.
Trump has been as effective as any nuke — more so, really.
