to these ICE-American Gestapo people that when we retake the government, even if it is decades from now, there will be a Truth Commission established to review the abuses being perpetrated on the people. Make it clear to them that no Presidential pardons will affect the outcome of these investigations. Failure to comply with subpoenas, destruction/alteration of records etc. will bring harsh sentences and forfeiture of all assets under new criminal statutes to be enacted for the Truth Commission. Those found guilty of abuses will be stripped of assets, citizenship, any government benefits such as Social Security, Medicare, VA benefits etc. and be deported.
If need be to get around Presidential pardons we could provide the ability for the abuses to be charged as state crimes. We could also make these civil crimes and avoid the pardons.
