A child-like belief that that they're going to be respected and given what they want if they're good little girls that do what Daddy tells them?
Most professional GOP ladies are either mean spirited bullies that will hide behind or use the system to get what they want, or "nice ladies" who don't want to rock the boat, pander to the boss, and think that will get them the respect, money, and positions they want.
