2. Why would they need her phone?

As many have said, what you post becomes public. You would think they could investigate the flyer without getting someone's phone or computer. One question I have is whether a "famous" person's address is privileged, private information. Thinking of tours in places like Hollywood or boat tours in Naples Florida.
