This is 'cute'. From the BBC, re: his sentencing hearing:

Maraj asked for a second chance in court on Monday - he said he was suffering from an alcohol problem and his attorney claims he was suffering from other health issues like hypothermia, gout and anaemia.

Pity he didn't get gout in his d*ck! (I think it affects joints alone.)
