Remember Al Capone? Not personally, but his "crime" was financial, and the web was spun around the world.

Crypto can be traced. It's done all the time, basically with open source intelligence.

The point is to expose and break up the ring.

"You can't always get what you want"
But just exposing the ring and its players will take away the RW's "air supply" and some key figures all over the world.
