and say, I'm pretty sure a GJ has to vote on an indictment.

That begs the question why the judge did not immediately dismiss the case with prejudice. Surely everybody sees that coming, so my interpretation is that the judge is now toying with this lawyer and the DpJ -- remember AG Barbie isn't any more competent. The judge is trying to make sure there is a solid record for disbarment.
