8. When I had my heart attack, my cardiologist told me it took ten years off my life.

Then I completely changed my diet and exercise routine and lost fifty pounds. My cardiac rehab nurse told me that added 10-12 years to my life.

So having the heart attack was a net positive of two years.

So I got that going for me. Which is nice.
