Shit himself so prodigiously that it is noticeable and can't be ignored by the press. To complete the picture, upon noticing (belatedly) that he shat himself, he should get a blank look on his face and reach into his pants - pull his hand out and sniff it. It would really be delightful if this were to happen in front of visiting dignitaries. Hard to 'splain' that away.
