28. Saut an onion, open a box of organic low sodium stock, I usually use chicken, but beef or veg would do. Throw in your

veggie of choice, simmer until soft, stick an immersion blender in until it’s blended, add some cream. Adjust seasoning. I usually use miso for the salty component. You could put some garlic in the onion sauté, minced if you’re lazy. I would use butter, coconut, or olive oil to sauté, depending on your flavor preferences.

Campbell’s is a bunch of salt and cheap inflammatory vegetable oils.
