3. I take a pretty hefty blood pressure med. I hate having to take it, but my genetics demand it.

But my aunt taught me that it can be a decent off ramp when the time comes. You simply stop taking it and allow things to take their course. When she began to fail undeniably, that's what she did. And she died having a scotch and getting ready to meet with her friends.

She was a great woman in many ways.
